Courses are a core feature of OLLI’s programming.
OLLI offers fall and spring semesters of 4- week or 8-week courses taught by distinguished faculty (both current and emeritus) from the University of Illinois and other colleges and universities in the region, and community members from a wide variety of areas.
Courses meet once per week for 90 minutes unless otherwise specified. We do not take attendance or assign grades, and there are no required assignments (although some courses may offer optional outside reading suggestions).
OLLI membership is required to register for the applicable semester's courses. If you are not a member yet for 2025-26, you will need to purchase a membership before registering for courses.
Course costs are a la carte – members pay for all of the courses for which they register.

In appreciation of those who regularly register for more courses, we will credit the cost of one 8-week course ($60/$54) to any member who registers and pays for six 8-week courses in any semester. (Two 4-week courses are considered the equivalent of one 8-week course.) Contact olli@illinois.edu to receive this credit for your 7th course.
