OLLI organizes short day or multi-day trips to locations of interest in the region for members. Trips this past spring included an excursion to Fox Vineyard & Winery in Olney, IL to view the total solar eclipse and a three-day trip to the art museums in Fort Wayne, IN and Toledo, OH as well as the Kurt Vonnegut museum in Indianapolis. Members toured the Lincoln Museum and the Richard Hunt exhibition in Springfield in October. Future plans include a trip to Broadway in Chicago and to the Indianapolis Art Museum.
